From the kitchen of Dawn Corbin

INGREDIENTS
4 lb. Chuck Roast
2 onions quartered
1 large can mushrooms drained or 2 c. fresh mushrooms sliced or whole if they are small

Marinate:
Grill Mates Seasoning in a jar Montreal Steak flavor 2 tsp.
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce

DIRECTIONS:
Make the marinate first, and place meat and marinate into a container with a lid or a zip lock bag to marinate for 30 minutes or longer in the refrigerator. Turn to mix at least once.
Place meat, mushrooms and onions into crock-pot, pour the rest of the marinate over the top of the meat.
Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high.
Serve with baked potatoes and a hot vegetable or salad.
