1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground lamb
1/2 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped or pressed
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. corriander
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
cilantro leaves, fresh

Blend the ground beef and lamb, add onion, garlic, and all spices. Form into hamburger sized patties. Cook as desired. They taste the best grilled. Serve with sliced tomatoes, onion slices, and tzatziki sauce.
