Inspired by the Floradora
4 strawberries
1/2 oz Lime Simple Syrup (made with lime zest)
1/2 oz lime juice
1.5 oz Vivacity Native Gin
top with Dry Sparkling brand cucumber soda (approx 3 oz)
Add simple, lime, strawberries to a shaker, muddle ingredients, add gin.
shake w/ high quality ice
strain into highball over ice, top with soda.
