From the kitchen of: Dawn Corbin
4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (15 oz.) ctn. Ricotta cheese
1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1 pkg. jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Combine cheeses and spinach; stuff into shells. Arrange in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over shells. Cover and bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes or until heated through. If desired, 5 minutes before done, sprinkle a little mozzarella on top of the shells. Yields 12-14 servings.

I like to serve this with some tossed greens on the side & Italian dressing.
