From the kitchen of Dawn Corbin
Ingredients
2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1½ c. finely chopped nuts
4½ c. flour

Directions
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Blend in flour and salt. Add nuts. Chill for 1 hour. Heat oven to 400°F. Roll into 1 inch balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 to 12 minutes. While still warm roll in powdered sugar. Cool. Roll in sugar again. Note: for best results chop nuts with blender pasty.
