breakfast
Makes 1 servings
Ingredients
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp MCT oil
4 Tbsp iconic prepared protein drink (this one)
1/4 tsp spirulina
1/4 tsp chlorella
dash cinnamon
1 16oz Americano or brewed coffee

Directions
Put all ingredients in a 1 quart canning jar. Mix well with immersion blender. Enjoy!
