Best Ever Egg Nog

cocktails
1.5 oz plantation blended light rum
.5 oz brandy
.25 oz amontillado sherry
2oz half & half
2 tsp granulated sugar ground fine with a mortar & pestle
1 whole egg (split)

Separate yolk and white each into a cocktail shaker or glass
Add half & half to egg white
Dry shake the egg white & half & half
In container with yolk & add sugar and mix with a spoon...then to the yolk & sugar add rum, brandy, and sherry
Dry shake all that with the egg white & half n half mixture.
Add large ice block and shake with ice until chilled
Strain into chilled glass
