From the kitchen of Dawn Corbin
Ingredients
1 pkg. yeast
½ c. water, very warm
4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

1 egg
kosher salt
Directions
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add flour, sugar, and salt. Gradually add more water, stirring each addition until easy to handle, if necessary add flour to handle. Roll small pieces of dough out like snakes, then shape into pretzel knots. Place on greased pan. Brush with egg and sprinkle with kosher salt. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Serve with hot melted cheese or spicy mustard.
