From the kitchen of Erik Wingren
1/2 c. Butter
2 cloves garlic
2 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. White pepper
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 c. Mozzarella

In a medium saucepan, cook garlic in butter until translucent. Add cream, bring to simmer. Add pepper. Add Parmesan cheese little at a time stirring to combine. Add mozzarella in the same method. Reduce to desired consistency. Serve with your favorite pasta and or broccoli, cooked chicken, or spaghetti squash.
