Pecan Pie Muffins

From the kitchen of: Dawn Corbin

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 c. butter flavored Crisco
3 eggs

Heat oven to 350ºF. Blend dry ingredients well set aside. Beat eggs and shortening until well blended. Stir in dry ingredients just until combined. Spoon into muffin cups, either lined or greased. Bake for 25 minutes.
