4 Mahi-mahi fillets
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp paprika

Preheat oven or grill to 350°F (we use our Traeger)
Mix chili powder, coriander, and paprika into a separate dish. Reserve 1/4 tsp. of spice for Bok Choy-Mango Slaw. Rub fish with remainder of seasoning. Salt fillets to your preference. Cook fish 12 minutes at 350°F
