From the kitchen of: Dawn Corbin

1 lb. ground beef
Option 1 tsp. garlic powder or chopped fresh garlic can be added to meat as it browns.
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. carrots, sliced
6 potatoes, sliced
1 can cream soup (any flavor)
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
milk to cover

Preheat oven to 350°F. Fry ground beef, onions, and celery. Layer in 2 quart casserole with carrots and potatoes. Mix a small amount of milk with flour and seasonings in shaker and blend well pour over casserole. Add more milk, just to cover vegetables and meat. Spread can of soup over top. Bake for 1½ hour or until fork tender.
