Chile Verde Quick

From the kitchen of: Erik Wingren
1 lb. pork, cubed
4-5 slices bacon
1 green pepper
1/2 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped or pressed
1/2 16oz. jar, chile verde sauce
1 Tbsp.+ Green Tabasco sauce (be generous with this)
White pepper
Dash of mexican seasoning
cilantro leaves, fresh

Brown meat in heavy skillet, add onions and peppers. Cook until onions and peppers are almost tender. Add chile verde sauce, green Tabasco, and seasonings. Cover. Simmer over low heat until pork is tender. Add fresh cilantro just before serving. Serve with sour cream.
