Sardine Salad

Ingredients
2 4.4-oz cans wild sardines packed in water
¼ cup capers
2 tablespoons freshly grated or prepared horseradish, we like Bubbies
(i.e. Bubbies brand, in water and vinegar)
¼ cup kalamata olives, diced or just get the Divina Kalamata Olive Spread
⅓ cup Paleo or homemade mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dried dill
¼ cup onion, diced
crackers, flackers, nori or whole red lettuce leaves

Instructions
Drain the sardines and mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Serve with either crackers, flackers, nori, or lettuce leaves
