Pork Sausage Spice Mix

1 tablespoon fennel seeds, ground
1 tablespoon ground sage
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon white pepper, (or 1 teaspoon black pepper)
2 teaspoons dried parsley (optional)
1 tsp salt (omit if salt-free or simply reduce the amount)
After you combine the spices use 2 tsp of the mix for 1 lb of ground pork
