Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie

1 cup whole milk (or whatever milk you prefer)
3 oz cream cheese
60 grams frozen or fresh blueberries (or whatever berry you like)
1 scoop iconic vanilla protein powder
1/4 tsp lemon extract (unsweetened)
2-4 ice cubes (optional) I skip the ice if the blueberries are frozen
Combine the milk and cream cheese first with a blender. Add blueberries, blend. Add protein powder and lemon extract and blend. Add ice if using, blend. Serve chilled.
