Lemon Cake

cake:
1 pkg lemon cake mix
1 3oz box lemon jello
1 cup oil
4 eggs
3/4 c water
1 tsp lemon zest, grated

Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
juice of 2 lemons (about 1/4 cup or more)
Grated lemon zest of one lemon

Method:
Set oven temp to 350°
Combine cake ingredients and beat in mixer for 4 minutes.
Bake 40-50 minutes at 350° until done.
Meanwhile combine all icing ingredients.
Poke holes in cake with fork while still hot.
Pour over icing
