Creamy Fish Taco Sauce

½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayo (prefer homemade)
juice of 1 lime (plus or minus depending on the consistency you want)
¼ tsp cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp dill weed
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp chili powder or chipotle chile powder
chopped jalepeno to taste

Combine cream sauce ingredients and refrigerate. The more time this is provided to marry the better the flavor. I think I usually give it about 1 hour, but I'm sure longer is better.
