Excited to try this from Vivacity Spirits Recipes
1.5 oz Vivacity Fine Vodka
2 oz carrot juice
.5 oz Lime juice
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Rim mix: equal parts salt and sugar, lime zest,, finely minced cilantro
Combine lime juice, carrot juice, vodka, and cayenne in a shaker with ice. Shake. Rim glass with lime wedge and dip generously into rim mix. Fill with ice, and strain shaker over. Garnish with cilantro sprig and carrot spear.
