Pico de Gallo

2½ c. Roma tomatoes, chopped & seeded
1½ c. Sweet onion
¼ c. chopped fresh cilantro (loose, not packed in the measuring cup)
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 clove garlic pressed/crushed
Combine ingredients. Refrigerate over-night.
