Whiting Fish
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Minced Garlic (optional)
Lemon Juice and Olive Oil

Directions
Preheat oven to 400º
Thaw the amount of fish you want to use, in cold water, depending on how many servings you want. Arrange fish on foil covered baking sheet.
Season fish on both sides with dry seasonings, finish off with lemon juice and olive oil.
Bake 7 to 12 minutes till opaque, place on preheated platter to keep warm cover with foil. (it cools fast)
Try to have the rest of your meal ready when fish is done.
