From the kitchen of Alicia Wingren
Ingredients
Makes 1 serving
1 oz broccoli sprouts
1/4 oz (10 grams) rocket (arugula)
1 oz baby kale
17 grams pumpkin seeds
1 oz Sartori Bellavitano or parmesan cheese
1 oz bacon
1/2 oz (16 grams) golden raisins or dried cranberries
2 Tbsp ranch dressing

Instructions
Mix sprouts, rocket, kale, cheese, and ranch dressing until everything is well combined. I put everything into a large bowl and use tongs to toss it all together.
If making a salad place the mixture into a serving bowl then top with bacon, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries.
If making a wrap place the bacon down on the wrap first then top with salad mixture. Finish with cranberries and pumpkin seeds.

Notes:
I really like this on a coconut wrap like this one from Thrive Market or the Nuco brand from Amazon are good too.
