From the kitchen of: Dawn Corbin
1 28oz. can tomato sauce
1 can mild Ro-tel Tomatoes
2 cups water (or more or less to desired thinness)
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can navy beans
1 can black eyed peas
1 can green beans
1 can corn
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix

Put large can of tomato sauce, Ro-Tel tomatoes and 2 c. of water in large pot or crock pot. For a quicker start turn burner to meadium and start heating . Then drain and rinse next six ingredients in large colandar. Add onion and seasoning packages. Stir to mix well. Simmer 30 minutes on stove or 2 to 3 hours in crock pot on high. Can be topped with sour cream & or grated cheese. We like the mexican blend cheese. Serve with totilla chips on the side.

Suggested toppings/sides:
sour cream, grated cheese, salsa, sliced jalapeños, green onions, crushed tortilla chips, or fritos corn chips.
Note: Ro-Tel Tomatoes are found in the Mexican food aisle.
