Ingredients
1.5 oz plantation 3 stars blended light rum
.5 oz brandy (I like Vivacity Treos Brandy)
.25 oz amontillado sherry (I like Osborne Medium)
2oz half & half
2 tsp granulated sugar ground fine with a mortar & pestle
1 whole egg (split)
Method
Separate yolk and white each into a cocktail shaker or glass
Add half & half to egg white
Dry shake the egg white & half & half
In container with yolk: add sugar and mix with a spoon...then to the yolk & sugar add rum, brandy, and sherry
Dry shake all that with the egg white and half & half mixture.
Add large ice block and shake with ice until chilled
Strain into chilled glass
