2oz half & half
2 tsp granulated sugar ground fine with a mortar & pestle
1 whole egg (split)
Separate yolk and white into cocktail shaker or glass
Dry shake the egg white & half & half
In separate container Mix yolk & sugar with a spoon.. then add rum, brandy, and sherry...
Dry shake all that with the egg white & half n half mixture.
Add large ice block and shake with ice until chilled
Strain into chilled glass
