These burgers are great on the Traeger! We normally use Pecan wood-chips

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 Tbsp dehydrated onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp Italian-style seasoning
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp minced fresh onion, optional
1 egg

Directions
Combine ingredients and refrigerate meat for up to 2 hours.
Great served with home-made Mayonnaise!!!!
