Ingredients
8 slices of bread
2 eggs
Equal amount of milk (measure eggs in a measuring cup and then put that amount of milk in) about 1/2 cup
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Directions
Mix eggs, milk, and vanilla to taste. Pre-toast the bread on the lowest toaster setting to dry it out slightly if it is to soft it will fall apart as you pick it up out of the egg. Put egg mixture in a large but shallow pan like a pie plate or a 9"x9" pan. Dip each slice of toast in the egg mixture and sprinkle cinnamon on each slice to taste. Don't let it linger too long in the egg mixture or it will get soggy. Brown both sides of toast on griddle or frying pan.
Serve Blueberry Sauce on top of the toast and bacon or sausage on the side.
