From the kitchen of: Michele O'Brien

1/2 lb. ham, sliced thin
1/4 lb. salami, sliced thin
1/2 lb. swiss cheese
1/2 loaf Rich's frozen bread dough, thawed but cold
WARNING:DO NOT LET IT RISE!!!

Paste:
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. Ramano/Locatelli cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/8 c. dried oregano

pizza sauce (We prefer Don Pepino brand.)

Grease large cookie sheet. Generally spread paste on one side of dough. Layer filling meat, cheese, and meat. Roll like a jelly roll. Tuck ends in while rolling. Coat top and sides with paste. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until well browned on top. You can partially cook at 350°F for 25 minutes and freeze or refrigerate and finish cooking later (so as not to over brown ) if you are making it ahead. Don't buy frozen bread to far ahead. Slice like you would a jelly roll, and serve with your favorite pizza sauce.
