From the kitchen of: Dawn Corbin

1 1/2 bonless, skinless, chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. granulated onion
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1/4 tsp. ground pepper

6 c. clean cooking oil, for frying

Heat oil to 400°F. While it is heating, put dry ingredients into plastic bag, or tight sealing container big enough to add chicken to. Mix dry ingredients well first, then add chicken, shake well. Lay pieces of chicken into fry basket so they are close but not overlapping. Deep fry for about 10 minutes, until golden brown. As each basket gets done place in covered dish to keep warm until all chicken is done. Sweet and Sour or BBQ sauce is good with these.
