From the kitchen of: Dawn Corbin
¾ lb. Chicken breast, skinless boneless (cut up into pieces)

Seasoning:
½ tsp. poultry seasoning
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. parsley
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. ground black pepper
¼ tsp. salt (optional)
½ Tbsp. flour

Cut up chicken remove any excess fat, set aside. mix seasoning in small bowl. Place chicken in container coat evenly with seasoning. Preheat pan on high, for 1 minute. Place 1 Tbsp. canola oil on pan. Add pieces of coated chicken as soon as it starts to brown turn down to medium heat. Brown first side before turning. After second side is browned add 2 Tbsp. water cover for 10 minutes. Turn chicken, cook another 10 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness, 170ºF.
