The Rani All-in-One chutney is VERY salty so I use it instead of adding any salt to this.<br>

Ingredients
1/4 serving baby kale
1/8 serving arugula
a few mint leaves
1/2 avocado
2 tsp all-in-one chutney (or whatever chutney you like!)
1 Tbsp MCT oil
1 roasted red pepper in oil, chopped

Instructions
Mash avocado with MCT oil and mint chutney. Mix dressing with the rest of the greens.

Notes:
This was screaming for some cucumber.
I put this on a coconut wrap and it was amazeballs.
The Rani All-in-One chutney is VERY salty so I use it instead of adding any salt to this.
