These are rough-notes... hope to make this into a recipe soon!
From the kitchen of Alicia Wingren
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1 cup chopped green onion
2 Tbsp mayo
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Cranberry sauce
1 apple, chopped into bite size - I didn't peel it but you can if you want
1/4 tsp thyme, dried - I crushed it with my mortar and pestle
dash ground cinnamon
dash ground cardamom
Salt and pepper to your taste
NOTE: I wanted to use dried cranberries but mine were expired. I will try this recipe again soon with a dried cranberry variation.
Combine onion, mayo, sour cream, cranberry sauce, cinnamon, cardamom. Mix with apple and chicken. Taste, and add salt and pepper to your taste. Add more cinnamon and cardamom if desired.
