Ingredients
1.5 oz plantation 3 stars blended light rum
.5 oz brandy (I use Vivacity Treos Brandy)
.25 oz amontillado sherry (I use Osborne Medium)
2oz half & half
2 tsp granulated sugar ground fine with a mortar & pestle
1 whole egg (split)
Method
- Separate yolk and white each into a cocktail shaker or glass
- Add half & half to egg white
- Dry shake the egg white & half & half
- Dry shake the egg white & half & half
- In container with yolk...
- add sugar and mix with a spoon
- add rum, brandy, and sherry
- Dry shake both mixtures together.
- Add large ice block and shake with ice until chilled
- Strain into chilled glass
