Ingredients
chicken wings
baking powder
Method
Pat wings dry
put aluminum free baking powder
Toss wings in baking powder
Timing and temp:
375° for 12 minutes
Flip
375° for 12 minutes
400° for 5 minutes
Keep wings warm in warm oven.
Toss in sauce just before eating.
Sauce method
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup hot sauce (more or less to your taste)
1 tablespoon honey
Salt pinch
