1 cup finely sliced baby bok choy
1 shallot finely diced
⅓ cup cilantro, chopped fine
1 mango, cubed
1 jalepeno or Anaheim chile (depending on your heat preference)
juice of 1 lime
zest of one lime
¼ tsp of my fish rub (equal parts of chili powder, ground coriander, and paprika)
Combine all slaw ingredients & toss well. The flavor gets better as this macerates.
This recipe delicious in combination with these other recipes!
