Get chicken broth heating in sauce pan, saute mushrooms in butter until most of the moisture cooks out of them.  Saute mirepoix starting with carrot and butter until carrot feels soft, add onions and celery until both have a translucence (should also be soft).  Toss the mirepoix and mushrooms together with more butter and crack in black pepper, and poultry seasoning in with it.  Work in the spices until they are very fragrant.  Toss those in the broth and add chicken.  Stir over heat until all ingredients are hot.  Serve.<br>

1/2 tsp. dried parsley
black pepper fresh ground
butter
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up into bite sized pieces (about 2 large breasts)
