Ingredients
1 banana
Ice cubes
6 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1 cup half & half
1/2 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon, dash (to taste)
Directions
Peel banana break in half, add to blender. Add a hand full of ice cubes (I use 4) to blender and blend to break up. Add peanut butter, half & half, vanilla and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. You might want to scrape down the sides of the blender, because the peanut butter sometimes gets stuck. Taste, adjust flavors as desired. When you achieve the desired flavor, pour into a glass and enjoy.
