appetizers
From the kitchen of: Dawn Corbin

½ pkg. 6oz. sausage,(bulk type) fried & crumbled
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
½ c. butter, melted
½ c. bread crumbs
¾ c. mozzarella cheese
½ c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

2½ 8oz pkg. Mushrooms
Garlic powder
Handful of mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage with onion in frying pan. Drain. Rinse mushrooms and remove stems from mushrooms. For ease in removing stems wiggle slightly first, then just pop out. Put ½ of the butter in Bottom of 13x9" pan. Combine the rest of the ingredients, and mix well. Fill mushroom caps slightly heaping press firmly. Sprinkle with garlic powder then a little cheese on top. Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes.
