Ingredients
1 cup whole milk (or whatever milk you prefer, Hazelnut milk works well with this recipe)
3 oz cream cheese
60 grams frozen or fresh blueberries (or whatever berry you like)
1 scoop iconic vanilla protein powder
1 Tbsp MCT oil powder (optional)
1/4 tsp lemon extract (unsweetened)
2-4 ice cubes (optional) I skip the ice if the blueberries are frozen

Directions
In a blender, blend together the milk and cream cheese first until smooth. Add blueberries, blend until smooth. Add protein powder and lemon extract and blend until smooth. Stop blender and scrape down sides if protein powder sticks and run again to combine. Add ice if using, blend. Serve chilled.
