Ingredients
1.5 oz plantation 3 stars blended light rum
.5 oz brandy (I use Vivacity Treos Brandy)
.25 oz amontillado sherry (I use Osborne Medium)
2oz half & half
2 tsp granulated sugar ground fine with a mortar & pestle
1 whole egg (split)

Method

  • Separate yolk and white each into a cocktail shaker or glass
  • Add half & half to egg white
    • Dry shake the egg white & half & half
  • In container with yolk...
    • add sugar and mix with a spoon
    • add rum, brandy, and sherry
  • Dry shake both mixtures together.
  • Add large ice block and shake with ice until chilled
  • Strain into chilled glass
