From the kitchen of Alicia Wingren
2lbs ground hamburger
1.5 tablespoon chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or minced garlic
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1.5 teaspoon salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Combine all ingredients. Brown hamburger. This is delicious on a taco salad!!
Pork
From the kitchen of Alicia Wingren
1lb ground pork
1 1/4 tsp Green New Mexican Chile Powder
1/4 tsp corriander, ground
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano (prefferably Mexican Oregano)
1/2 tsp paprika, smoked
2 1/4 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients. Brown pork. This is delicious on a taco salad!!
