From the kitchen of Alicia Wingren
2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp dried coriander
Combine all spices. I purposely leave out the salt, so I can customize the salt to the meat.
This rub is awesome on chicken, steak, and pork! (I've tried it with Baby-back Ribs. They were amazing!) This recipe for BBQ Chicken is fantastic!
