Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
juice of 2 lemons (about 1/4 cup or more)
Grated lemon zest of one lemon

Method:
Set oven temp to 350°
Combine cake ingredients and beat in mixer for 4 minutes.
Pour into loaf pan.
