4 Mahi-mahi fillets<br>
salt to taste<br>
1/2 tsp chili powder<br>
1/2 tsp ground coriander<br>
1/2 tsp paprika<br>

Preheat oven or grill to 350°F (we use our Traeger)<br>
Mix chili powder, coriander, and paprika into a separate dish.  Reserve 1/4 tsp. of spice for [[Bok Choy-Mango Slaw]]. Rub fish with remainder of seasoning.  Salt fillets to your preference.  Cook fish 12 minutes at 350°F<br>
