16 oz. fresh strawberries, unsweetened<br>
1/2 c. sugar<br>
1 tsp. lemon juice<br>

Cook all ingreditents over medium heat until sugar disolves, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer for 3 minutes.  If desired, chill before serving.<br>

Return to Strawberry Sauce.
