Whiting Fish<br>
Sea Salt<br>
Black Pepper<br>
Onion Powder<br>
Garlic Powder<br>
Lemon Pepper Seasoning<br>
Minced Garlic (optional)<br>
Lemon Juice and Olive Oil<br>

Directions<br>
Preheat oven to 400º<br>
Thaw the amount of fish you want to use, in cold water, depending on how many servings you want. Arrange fish on foil covered baking sheet.<br>
Season fish on both sides with dry seasonings, finish off with lemon juice and olive oil.<br>
Bake 7 to 12 minutes till opaque, place on preheated platter to keep warm cover with foil. (it cools fast)<br>
Try to have the rest of your meal ready when fish is done.<br>
