2 lb. Ground beef<br>
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning<br>
fresh ground pepper, about 5-10 cracks<br>
1/4 c. cream or half & half (I used 3/4 c. half & half it was too much! -- 1/8 c. last time was too little!)<br>
3-4 Tbsp. chopped onion<br>
1 tsp. salt<br>
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce<br>
1 egg<br>
Garlic powder<br>

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Mix all ingredients including a dash of garlic powder.  Divide into 8 parts and shape into balls (about 2-1/2 inches); sprinkle tops with more garlic powder.  Bake on greased cookie sheet in 400ºF oven for 20 to 25 minutes.  4 on an oven-safe plate, top with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and bake until cheese is melted.
