1 egg<br>
2/3 c. milk<br>
2 Tbsp. oil<br>
1/2 c. applesauce<br>
1 Tbsp. sugar OR 1/4tsp. Stevia brand Sweetener<br>
3 tsp. baking powder<br>
1 c. flour<br>
1/2 tsp. salt<br>
1/4 tsp. cinnamon<br>

Beat egg until fluffy.  Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth.<br>
Pour small amount of batter on lightly greased griddle and cook until brown, flip over and repeat on other side.  Continue process until all batter is used.<br>

alternate ingredients:<br> 
Replace regular flour with Whole Wheat flour<br>
Add 1/8 cup chopped walnuts<br>
