View source for Bok Choy-Mango Slaw

1 cup finely sliced bok choy<br>
1 shallot finely diced<br>
⅓ cup cilantro, chopped fine<br>
1 mango, cubed<br>
1 jalepeno or Anaheim chile (depending on your heat preference)<br>
juice of 1 lime<br>
zest of one lime<br>
¼ tsp of the fish rub<br>

Combine all slaw ingredients & toss well.  The flavor gets better as this macerates.<br>
